Seasonal | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Help shape a child’s first mountain memories! As a KidsRule Instructor, you’ll teach and supervise kids ages 3–14 in a fun, supportive, and safe six-hour program. Whether on the slopes or in the playroom, you’ll create positive experiences that build confidence and a lifelong love of Snowsports. PSIA/AASI certifications grant pay differentials.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Teach and supervise children using safe, fun, and engaging Snowsports instruction
- Create and maintain a safe learning environment on and off the slopes
- Communicate and demonstrate skills clearly and positively
- Be professional, enthusiastic, and approachable with both children and parents
- Assist children who no longer wish to ski/ride through the House Mouse indoor program
- Maintain professional appearance in full uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required)
- Demonstrate knowledge of Jiminy Peak’s services, including lodging, food & beverage, and lifts
- Uphold Jiminy Peak’s mission, vision, and core values
- Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work a set schedule, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong skiing or snowboarding ability at the intermediate (“blue square”) level or higher
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI) if 18 or older
