Part-Time or Full-Time | Seasonal Position
Behind every smooth guest experience is a team member who provides clear, friendly, and helpful communication. As a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential guests—answering questions, taking calls, and booking lessons within the Snowsports Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer incoming calls from guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Book reservations for Snowsports lessons and ensure accuracy in scheduling
- Communicate with the Snowsports Department regarding lesson availability and guest needs
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting with questions about lessons and other resort offerings
- Maintain accurate and timely communication through phone and email
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills with a patient and empathetic phone presence
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Computer literacy, including email communication
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems a plus
- Customer service experience preferred; guest-focused mindset required
- Must be 18 or older and willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI) if applicable
