◎割り当てられたプロジェクトを運営上および機能的に管理します。

  • OEM/OES プロジェクトの管理 (コンポーネント、既知のテクノロジー コンポーネントを備えたシステムなど)
  • 収益性（製品/開発と開発の両方）の観点からプロジェクト KPI の達成に責任を負います。
  • 開発活動の回収と利益拡大）、品質と生産の準備
  • プロジェクトのリソースを保護し、管理する
  • P2がP1で完了していない場合に、関連付けられた P2 アクタを駆動します
  • プロジェクト エスカレーションを通じて、すべての適切な機能のあらゆるタイプのサポートを必要とするすべてのプロジェクトの問題を解決する
  • プロジェクト チーム メンバーのアクティビティを確認および検証し、マイルストーンを達成するためのタイミング シナリオを提案します
  • 顧客からの注文を獲得するためにコンセプトコンペを実施します（できればケースバイケースで…）
  • プログラムシステムプロジェクトの一部のプロジェクトの予算を含む予算を定義および管理する
  • プロジェクトの範囲を定義する
  • 関連する委員会の意思決定プロセスを準備し、プロジェクトチームの準備状況に異議を唱える
  • CAA および IAR (プログラム システム レベル) を準備して提出し、P1プロジェクトマネージャーに挑戦する
  • 自分のプログラム システム プロジェクトの一部のプロジェクト、すべてのプロジェクトの変更 (内部および顧客) を管理し、システム プロジェクトを通じて調整する
  • 設計からコストまでの手法を適用する
  • 目標とのギャップを適切なレベルで適切な速度/予測でエスカレーションする
  • AAI とすべてのPMの開発を主導し、プログラム システム開発およびすべてのプロジェクトチームに報告する

  • PM方法論を改善するためのワーキンググループに貢献する

  • プロジェクト開発の進捗状況に関する顧客とのコミュニケーションを管理する
  • プロジェクトの進捗状況について常に顧客に最新情報を提供する
  • PSC、PMC、およびすべてのガバナンス段階へのプロジェクト開発の進捗状況に関するレポートを準備/検証する
  • 顧客関係 (ローカルおよび中央) を管理し、すべての P2/P1 プロジェクトとのコミュニケーションを調整する
  • 危機が発生した場合は、完璧な管理を確保する

■必須（MUST）

  • ビジネスレベルでの日本語、英語能力
  • エンジニアリング/経営修士号またはソフトウェア、コンピューター サイエンス
  • 開発標準の知識 (Vサイクル)
  • 機能別組織を管理するための個人スキル
  • 標準の自動車 Tier1 開発手法
  • 開発コスト、製品コスト、製造コストに関する財務スキル (ビジネス ケースの構築と予算の追跡)
  • 自動車開発の知識 (5～7年)
  • OEMアプリケーションプロジェクトマネージャーとして成功した開発経験を積む(7年)

  • 10名のチーム（外部委託先を含めると合計20～30名程度）をまとめた経験
  • 他の開発部門（研究開発、品質、プロセス、販売、購買）での経験
  • 車内レーダーおよびカメラの経験
  • 組み込みシステムおよびソフトウェア開発の経験
  • 車両標準プロトコル (CAN、LIN、UART、SPI) の知識
  • システムエンジニアリングビュー（要件分析、検証戦略、仕様トレーサビリティ、機能安全）

Manager operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to:

  • Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback  and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation

  • Secure Project resources and control them

  • Drive the Associated P2 Actors in case of P2 not completed in P1

  • Solve all project  issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation

  • Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones

  • Conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (prefer: on case by case...)

  • Define and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Program-System Project

  • Define scope of projects

  • Prepare decision making process for relevant committees and challenge his project team readiness

  • Prepare and submit CAA and IAR (Program-System level) and challenge the P1 Project Managers of the Projects part of his/her Program-System Project

  • Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through system projects

  • Is applying Design to Cost methodology

  • Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets

  • Lead AAI and development of all PM’s reporting to Program-System development and all project team members

  • Coach P1 Project Managers

  • Contribute to Working Groups to improve PM methodology

  • Can be Assessor of the PMA

  • Is functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team Members

Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress

  • Keep customers updated on Project progress.

  • Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PSC, PMC and to all Governance stages when required

  • Manage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication with all P2/P1 projects associated

  • Ensure perfect management of crisis if any

Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the System/Program Project teams and control their application

  • Respect Valeo Code of ethics

  • Respect health, safety and environment charts and requirements

  • Ensure Project (System-Program or not) development in compliance with CLEAN and other applicable Valeo standards

[Business Trip]

  • Commute to Tsukuba and client regulary every week
  • Travel outside JP once in 2month to visit the plants (eastern europe)

■ MUST (Required Qualifications)

  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Software/Computer Science

  • Knowledge of development standards (V-cycle)

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional organizations

  • Familiarity with standard automotive Tier 1 development methodologies

  • Financial skills related to development cost, product cost, and manufacturing cost (including business case creation and budget tracking)

  • 5–7 years of experience in automotive development

  • Proven track record of success as an OEM Application Project Manager (7 years)

■ WANT (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience managing large-scale projects (approximately 90 million EUR)

  • Experience leading a team of 10 members (or 20–30 people including outsourced staff)

  • Experience in other development functions such as R&D, Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing

  • Experience with in-cabin radar and camera systems

  • Experience in embedded systems and software development

  • Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UART, SPI)

  • System engineering perspective including requirements analysis, verification strategy, specification traceability, and functional safety
