Join a team and be part of a purpose-driven organisation where respect, support, and recognition are lived values, where your contribution is truly valued, your growth is supported, and you’re empowered to do your best work every day.  About the RoleWe are seeking an Aboriginal-identified Community Advocate to support people with disability from refugee backgrounds to achieve meaningful employment.Working within the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program and reporting to the Site Manager, you will provide culturally safe, frontline support in partnership with employment and post-placement teams.You will use your community knowledge and relationships to build and strengthen referral pathways with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, community groups, employers, and service providers. This includes addressing barriers related to access, health, and culturally appropriate supports, while contributing to sustainable caseload growth.As a trusted community connector and advocate for inclusive employment, you will help create pathways to opportunity, strengthen local networks, and support positive employment outcomes for participants.We’re Looking for People Who:Hold qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or related fields (highly regarded)Are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve long-term employment outcomesHave strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful connectionsBring experience in employment services or case management (desirable but not essential)Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targetsAre digitally confident with sound skills in Microsoft Office and navigating internal systemsContributes your lived experience of disability or your cultural and linguistic background to help us better represent and support the diverse communities we serve.Why Join Us?You'll be part of a respected organisation that’s committed to inclusive employment, professional growth, and community impact.
