Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Part Time Temporary.
Salary: $17.00 -$20.00
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing essential administrative support to SUNation Solar Systems’ team of Sales Professionals and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of the internal Sales Process
- Drive to various towns and villages to drop off and pick up permitting documents.
- Assist processing team as need including: scanning, updating digital records, preparing applications, and assistant with closeout paperwork.
- Follow up with Sales Consultants via phone, text & email to obtain any missing documentation from Sales Packets
- Collaborate with internal departments (Processing, Call Center, Marketing, Finance and Engineering) to ensure alignment across teams
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Administrator to coordinate daily administrative and operational activities
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments
- Process utility paperwork on behalf of the Sales Professionals
- Maintain accurate and complete project data within the company CRM system
- Assist in coordinating the seamless handoff of completed projects to the Project Management team
- Provide administrative support to Sales Professionals as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Calendar and Adobe
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to effectively manage a multitude of relationships at once; strong ability to multitask
- A team player; highly committed to the overall success of the team
- Proficiency in basic math; comfort with numbers
Preferred Skills:
- 1+ years of experience
- Demonstrated experience/success in an administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s a plus.
