SUMMARY:
Provide team leadership and overall day-to-day guidance for the Software Development team. Manage the development and maintenance of internal and external Java web-based applications throughout the SDLC, including quality assurance. Support the integration of hardware and software systems, and generation of related documentation. Assist with code revisions, testing guidance, requirements gathering and delegation of responsibilities to the developers and testers.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage Agile software development projects from concept to completion
· Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables.
· Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions to maintain momentum and alignment.
· Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress.
· Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
· Create presentations and communication materials for business and leadership stakeholders.
· Drive Agile practices and retrospectives to improve team performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
· BA/BS degree in Business, IT, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
· Prior experience with ServiceNow ITSM CMDB, or ITOM desired.
· Required 3-5 years of professional hands-on experience as a Project Manager in IT/digital projects.
· Experience managing customer-facing websites or digital platforms (commerce, sales, SaaS, compliance).
· Required, strong experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
· Clear communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
· Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional groups.
· Strong technical background to understand complex business/IT requirements.
· Skilled in PowerPoint and executive-level presentations.
· Ability to serve as a Scrum Master when required.
Other Requirements:
· US Citizen or permanent residency, with ability to obtain a clearance of Public Trust.
· Must possess strong written and oral communications skills.
· Must work On-site a minimum of three (3) days per week.
