Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in application development, preferably with Java development expertise, and a solid understanding of Information Security principles.
The ideal candidate will lead and manage complex software development projects, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for application development initiatives, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize your application development background to provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with best practices and standards.
• Leverage knowledge of Java development to effectively communicate with development teams and understand technical challenges.
• Ensure projects adhere to Information Security standards and compliance requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive the adoption of Agile or other project management methodologies as appropriate.
