If you enjoy seeing buildings move from drawings to reality, this role will speak to you.

A boutique, design-led architecture practice is looking for an Architectural Project Manager who thrives in the construction phase. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning projects, leading teams, and being trusted by clients.

You’ll be working on technically complex, well-funded projects with real-world impact, the kind where coordination, clarity, and decision-making genuinely matter. Ideal for a mid-senior level architect who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and seeing projects out of the ground.

If you’re a licensed Architect (or working towards licensure), confident in Revit, and comfortable leading conversations on site as well as in meetings, this could be a natural next step.

Package

• Competitive salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (Dependent on experience)

• Great benefits package

• Stable, long-term role within a well-established practice

• Exposure to technically interesting, design-led projects

• Supportive leadership and clear processes
