Job Skills / Requirements

  1. Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all shifts within the scope of work by conducting daily meetings with management staff and promoting policies, procedures, budgets, equipment, techniques, and safety.
    2. Manage project budgets of labor, supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
    3. Ensure all supervision and leads are fully trained on company Timekeeping and Quality Control software with ongoing and continuous training; completion of daily inspection logs through software system.
    4. Oversee continuous ongoing training for staff.
    5. Monitor and implement continuous measures to increase account’s profitability.
    6. Manage the purchases of all supplies and equipment meeting the budgets of contract.
    7. Review employee timekeeping with corporate offices to ensure within budget.
    8. Administer and adhere to Sunshine/Pritchard policies and procedures in accordance with the employee manual.
    9. Oversee Union grievances to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. (if applicable)
    10. Coordinate daily and weekly walkarounds with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
    11. Facilitate direct and open communication with customer management to ensure responsiveness and assistance in meeting our customer’s needs.
