This role offers the opportunity to support and drive impactful projects across internal systems, e-commerce platforms, and third-party integrations. You will coordinate tasks, manage requests, and ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams, contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position involves balancing multiple priorities, tracking progress, and assisting in process improvements while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate with product managers, QA, and development teams, helping to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. This role is fully remote within select U.S. states and offers the chance to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful projects that affect both employees and customers.
Accountabilities:
- Manage incoming product requests, bugs, and feature updates by clarifying priorities and coordinating with appropriate teams.
- Track project progress, gather estimates, and ensure project management documentation is up to date.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate proactively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Assist in scheduling releases, coordinating pre- and post-deployment tasks with Product and QA teams.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and help develop mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements for consistent and efficient execution.
- Support Project Managers in planning and organizing schedules, tasks, and milestones.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a project coordinator, Associate Project Manager, or in a project management internship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and confidence across all levels of the business.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and experience collaborating with remote teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Coda, Monday.com, or Asana is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid is preferred.
