Our client is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Project Manager<\/b> to oversee the delivery of complex AV integration projects from kickoff through completion. This role manages timelines, budgets, client communication, and on -site coordination. Ideal candidates have strong technical understanding of AV systems and proven experience leading installation teams. Up to 50% travel is required.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead all phases of AV integration projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met
  <\/li>
• Serve as the primary client contact; provide regular project updates and manage scope changes
  <\/li>
• Coordinate engineering, installation, and operations teams to keep projects on track
  <\/li>
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards
  <\/li>
• Manage project budgets, documentation, change orders, and reporting
  <\/li>
• Lead project meetings and maintain organized communication with internal and external teams
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 5+ years of experience in AV integration, low -voltage construction, or event production
    <\/li>
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems (Q -SYS, Crestron, BSS, etc.)
    <\/li>
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large -scale projects
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ProjX360, MS Project)
    <\/li>
  • OSHA 30 preferred
    <\/li>
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
    <\/li>
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and support on -site installation activities when required
