Capital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Serve as the primary on -site representative responsible for total project delivery, including safety, scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage all phases of project execution: preconstruction, design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Lead subcontractor selection, contract administration, change management, RFIs, and pay applications.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Establish and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, integrating field progress and resource leveling.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Direct and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain alignment and resolve field issues.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Provide leadership and mentorship to on -site staff, superintendents, and field engineers.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Track financial performance and forecast project costs to control budgets proactively.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Produce and present weekly and monthly progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  Qualifications and Experience Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and field experience).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager within the general contracting industry.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proven ability to lead projects valued between $10 million and $100 million+ of industrial or large commercial projects
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Thorough knowledge of construction means and methods, drawings, specifications, and industry codes.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong proficiency in project management and construction software tools, such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, MicroSoft office.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Must be self -directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple active projects.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently or relocate temporarily to project sites across the continental U.S.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Authorized to work in the United States and fluent in English.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    This is a traveling, site -based position. The successful candidate will work where the projects are located, with long -term assignments at various construction sites nationwide. This role requires the flexibility and commitment to relocate between project sites as each new project begins.
