Project Manager<\/b> to work alongside our experienced team of architects,
engineers & construction professionals. We are an established landscaping

<\/p>Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Conducting preliminary studies of
sites.<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinating design management with
Landscape Architect.<\/span>
<\/li>- Preparing project estimates and
tender documents.<\/span>
<\/li>- Self -managed position using
initiative and experience to provide a luxury finish.<\/span>
<\/li>- Applying for approvals and work
inspections from relevant authorities including ADM, TAMM & ADDC.<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledgeable in approval process
for Service Blocks, Swimming pool and other landscape structures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledgeable in production of
Authority documentation, compilation and submission for approval.<\/span>
<\/li>- Managing project cashflow.<\/span>
<\/li>- Managing purchases and logistics.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensuring deadlines are met in
accordance with customers’ requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Preparation of management plans and
code of conducts for staff.<\/span>
<\/li>- Supervising team of construction
laborers to ensure proper completion of tasks, including swimming pools,
pergola, masonry, irrigation and planting.<\/span>
<\/li>- Managing projects according to
Quality, Environmental and H&S procedures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining and repairing tools and
equipment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Developing and maintain excellent
customer service and communication.<\/span>
<\/li>- Perform additional duties as
assigned.<\/span>
<\/li>- English speaking is compulsory,
Arabic speaker is a must.<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with third party
consultant and ensure timely request and submission is made<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- 5+ years of experience in Dubai as a
site engineer, project manager or landscape manager in landscaping or
construction.<\/span>
<\/li>- Civil engineering degree.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in procurement of civil,
MEP, plants, swimming pools and finishings in Dubai, and good knowledge of
market prices<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in managing and
developing teams in large projects.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficient user of Outlook, Excel,
AutoCAD and MS Project.<\/span>
