Position Summary
This position will be responsible for investigating civil rights complaints from internal constituents, guests, and third-party vendors. Responds to reports of alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation. Investigates complaints filed involving civil rights discrimination issues, to include sexual misconduct, protected class discrimination/harassment, and retaliation Ensures a well-documented investigative process Maintain accurate and thorough records and notes of investigatory process Create comprehensive investigation reports for Compliance leadership Assists with record retention and reporting requirements Develops and presents various trainings on non-discrimination and Title IX related topics.

Duties
Assist in record retention and reporting requirements.

Required Experience
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in student conduct, human resources, civil rights compliance or other investigation focused positions. Will consider an equivalent combination or education and experience.

Work Schedule
M-F 8am - 5pm
