**Position Overview**:
United Trades of America is seeking a skilled and experienced **Commercial & Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician** for full-time work in Decatur, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration units. This position requires a reliable, self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being available for on-call shifts on a rotational basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Install HVAC/R units in commercial settings as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend necessary repairs or improvements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a full-time **Commercial HVAC/R Installer/Service Technician**
- Proficiency in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A **clean driving record** is required
- Availability for on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule
- Certification in HVAC/R is a plus
