Paramount Plumbing Inc is actively hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale commercial plumbing projects in the Orlando, FL area. This is a key leadership position where you will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full project life cycle for commercial plumbing jobs — from pre-construction to final turnover
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
- Lead pre-construction planning including material procurement, submittals, RFIs, and coordination with general contractors
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with owners, GCs, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with project documents and plumbing codes
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to company leadership and clients
- Monitor project costs and ensure budgetary compliance
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and issues
- Ensure adherence to OSHA 30 safety standards and company safety policies
- Mentor and support field leadership and plumbing crews
- Manage close-out procedures, warranties, and post-construction activities
- Participate in travel projects as needed (per diem provided)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial plumbing projects
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installations, and code compliance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project specs, and construction documents
- Proficient in project scheduling and budget management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Proficiency with project management software is a plus
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel for select projects (per diem provided)
