This is a senior-level role that requires a highly skilled, motivated professional who embodies Redland’s values and demonstrates leadership in technical expertise, project ownership, and professional judgment. This position is responsible for managing projects through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guiding clients and stakeholders to achieve creative and high-quality project outcomes. The role also includes mentoring junior staff, contributing to business development initiatives, and advancing the firm’s excellence while meeting schedule and budget goals.
This position requires the following at a minimum, responsibilities may evolve over time, and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Salary: $110,000 to $160,000 plus bonus opportunities, depending on experience.
