Job Summary

The Project Manager supports compliance with FCC procedures and effective project management. This position is responsible coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors, managing procurement and billing, overseeing equipment and manpower and maintaining vendor relationships.

Essential Functions

Ensure compliance with all FCC standard operating procedures.
Oversee project management to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
Coordinate daily with project superintendents and subcontractors.
Plan long-term to ensure timely procurement of critical items.
Manage and review subcontractor/vendor billings and generate monthly client invoices.
Monitor and manage project equipment and manpower requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar technical training/experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager within the construction industry.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project.
Strong working knowledge of Procore construction management software.
Strong architectural and civil background along with mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently.
