Construction Project Manager - Atlanta, Georgia

A leading family-owned national general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Atlanta team. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects in sports, aviation, healthcare, and civic markets. This builder offers the scale of a top-ranked GC with the loyalty and stability of a family-run organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects valued at $25M–$75M+ from design through closeout as the Project Manager on record
• Lead project teams, partner with Superintendents, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
• Drive budgets, forecasting, and subcontractor performance to deliver profitable outcomes
• Run OAC, preconstruction, and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Serve as the client-facing Project Manager, strengthening relationships and ensuring repeat business

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Proven record managing projects in sports, aviation, healthcare, civic, or mission critical sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Travel flexibility (EX: Site Visist, Client Meetings)
