Construction Project Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in pharmaceutical industry operations, coordination, and construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various aspects of capital projects. May include overseeing utilities, water systems, HVAC, low power distribution, controls, and automation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates with stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in pharmaceutical projects.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing capital projects and delivering financial targets.
- Experience in construction field inspection and building efficiency optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
