About Role:

Our Client, a respected European real estate investment, development, and management company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of office and residential development projects across the Czech Republic. This role is based in Brno and offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality, non-industrial real estate developments within an international and fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction execution of residential, office, and mixed-use projects from permitting to handover
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, legal, permitting, ESG) to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery
  • Collaborate with external contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Oversee construction schedules, budget tracking, and risk mitigation for assigned projects
  • Ensure all permits (zoning, planning, building use) are obtained in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Support procurement and subcontractor selection processes, including tender documentation and negotiations
  • Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and report updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with ESG, sustainability, and health & safety standards across all developments
  • Work with local municipalities, utility providers, and external advisors to ensure project continuity
  • Actively identify opportunities for cost efficiency and process improvements
  • Collaborate with Property Management to ensure seamless project handover

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, especially within residential or office real estate
  • Background in investor-side, general contracting, or real estate consultancy is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of Czech building codes, construction processes, and permitting standards
  • Strong coordination and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent Czech is required; English is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Technical education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related background
  • Familiarity with construction tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and budgeting platforms
  • Willingness to travel to project sites in Brno
