Delivery and Project Manager (Remote - India)

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Serve as the primary communication point for all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives and expectations.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and progress reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports, capturing project history and lessons learned.
• Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and promote best practices.
• Engage in strategic planning to align project objectives with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in technology, consulting, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, and release management.
• Knowledge of healthcare domain and digital transformation trends is desirable.
• Proven leadership, team management capabilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
