As a Delivery/Project Manager, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery. You will act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, managing resources, schedules, and risks while implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies. Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and alignment across project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Serve as the primary communication point for all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives and expectations.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and progress reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports, capturing project history and lessons learned.
- Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and promote best practices.
- Engage in strategic planning to align project objectives with business goals.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience in technology, consulting, or related domains.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience in project planning, risk management, and release management.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain and digital transformation trends is desirable.
- Proven leadership, team management capabilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
