Job Summary:
Tetra Tech Inc.’s Disaster Recovery division is currently seeking a Deputy Project Manager with experience in consulting, disaster recovery or similar fields to assist disaster survivors and their communities in recovering from disaster events.
The Deputy Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution from initiation through close-out. This role combines program administration, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, schedule and budget control, and supervision of both office-based and field personnel to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of services.
You must be able to work both in a team environment and independently, have strong organization skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be able to travel as needed to onsite locations, have a flexible style, and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Must be located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing program reports and client presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, CSP, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
