This is a mid-level, full-time position situated in Pune, designed for an Executive Assistant to Senior Management at Suzlon Group. The role involves supporting senior management with administrative tasks, coordination of projects, business strategy development, and effective communication across functions to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in budgeting with the ability to effectively manage and allocate resources for various projects.
  • Strong skills in business strategy development to support senior managers in aligning projects with organizational goals.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills to assist in the preparation of reports and forecasts for executive decision-making.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and engagement with internal and external parties.
  • Proficiency in project coordination, capable of orchestrating multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and note-taking.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Coordinate and manage projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and reports for senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders to support the interests and objectives of the organization.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and expenditures are tracked.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communications to ensure department alignment with project goals.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external contacts, promoting an efficient information flow.
