What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics
• Broad experience in strategic procurement (e.g., sourcing strategies, cross functional category management, RFx processes and negotiations, digital implementations and capability building)
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting or through extracurricular activities
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Swedish

What You'll Do

You will play an active role in problem solving for clients including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

You’ll work with colleagues and clients from a wide range of niche consultants across the Nordics to develop procurement strategies that support clients' business objectives and give them a competitive edge.

You will also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to us. You will receive training, frequent coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders on your teams.
