Job Summary:

The Project Manager for Master-Planned Communities (MPC) leads and manages large-scale construction projects within master-planned communities. This role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.


What will you do:

Project Planning and Development:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure project specifications meet client and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, fostering strong relationships.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses and prepare reports to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to monitor construction progress and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Proactively address project challenges, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet objectives and deliver high-quality work.

What you will need to have:

Education

  • Highschool Diploma/GED

Other

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
