Our client is seeking a Field Project Manager<\/b> to support the onsite installation and commissioning of lighting control and entertainment technology systems. This role serves as the primary onsite representative, coordinating crews, supporting installers, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Ideal candidates have hands -on experience in stage or studio lighting, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead field operations with confidence.

Responsibilities
<\/h3>

• Lead day -to -day onsite installation activities for lighting and control system projects
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support installers, subcontractors, and customer personnel with clear direction and problem solving
  <\/p><\/li>

• Attend project handoff meetings and carry projects from installation start through completion
  <\/p><\/li>

• Conduct regular site visits and maintain alignment with project managers and technical services
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with forepersons, integrators, and onsite supervisors across all trades
  <\/p><\/li>

• Represent the company at onsite coordination meetings
  <\/p><\/li>

• Oversee installation tasks including fixture prep, hanging, and focus
  <\/p><\/li>

• Track project schedules, report field status, and identify issues proactively
  <\/p><\/li>

• Generate daily field reports and maintain consistent communication with internal teams
  <\/p><\/li>

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong onsite relationships
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications
  <\/h3>

  • Experience in project coordination, construction, entertainment technology, or related fields
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Stage or studio lighting experience required<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
