Financial Advisor and Project Manager
About the Role
The Financial Advisor and Project Manager will act as the right-hand person to the Group CFO. This role is pivotal in managing financial priorities, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of financial strategies across departments.
Job Description
- Strategic Financial Partnership: Act as a key advisor to the Group CFO, managing priorities and ensuring financial alignment across the organization.
- Financial Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to optimize business performance.
- Executive Decision Support: Coordinate C-suite meetings and deliver structured financial insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Performance Optimization: Assist in the development and execution of cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Corporate Development & Special Projects: Manage high-impact projects related to financial strategy and business growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and market evaluations to support executive planning.
- Executive & Board Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and board meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across finance, operations, and leadership teams to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Requirements - Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field from a top-tier university/business school.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong background in accounting (IFRS) and FP&A.
- Proven leadership and project management expertise.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills.
- Hands-on experience with finance technology (ERP, BI tools).
- Excellence in PowerPoint & Think-Cell for high-impact presentations.
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and corporate culture alignment.
