Carron Connected is searching for a field -based Facilities
Maintenance Technician<\/b> to service customers across Northern Ireland.
<\/p><\/div>
<\/div>
What You'll Do:
<\/b><\/p>- Respond to Helpdesk service requests, carrying out reactive repairs and minor works.
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct planned preventative maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems in line with contractual requirements.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain accurate asset registers, ensuring all equipment is tagged and documented.
<\/span><\/li>- Demonstrate technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and control mechanisms.
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee subcontractor attendance, ensuring work is completed to agreed standards and within budget.
<\/span><\/li>- Carry out remedial works, minor alterations, and installations as required across client sites.
<\/span><\/li>- Advise on capital purchases and support surveys and reporting activities.
<\/span><\/li>- Prioritise maintenance tasks to meet response times, escalating delays to supervisors or managers when necessary.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate third -party contractor visits for specialist repairs or quotations, providing clear job specifications.
<\/span><\/li>- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client site teams.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>What You'll Need: <\/b>
<\/b><\/div>- Certification in F -Gas Handling (Cat 1 – City & Guilds 2079)
<\/span><\/li>- Proven refrigeration or air conditioning facilities maintenance experience in the construction industry<\/span>
