Phoenix, AZ | $115K–$120K Base

Northern Arizona Refrigeration (NAR) is actively seeking a hands-on, experienced General Superintendent with a strong background in new construction commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing projects. What You’ll Do 

  • Create and manage master project schedules, coordinate labor, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors. 
  • Lead field operations by motivating teams and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. 
  • Oversee daily project reporting, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and weekly updates. 
  • Monitor project costs and explain budget variances as needed. 
  • Participate in subcontractor and vendor buyout processes. 
  • Ensure field compliance with drawings, codes, and trade standards. 
  • Collaborate with project leadership to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 8+ years of MEP construction experience, including 3+ in a superintendent role. 
  • Proven track record managing commercial MEP projects from $500K–$10M+. 
  • Ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and oversee job site operations. 
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control. 
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred; strong safety mindset required. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. 
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office. 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
