Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact center technology, particularly with Genesys products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Genesys solutions for our clients, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting services. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Genesys solutions for our clients, including call routing, IVR, workforce optimization, and reporting. - Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for Genesys solutions that meet their needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Genesys solutions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for Genesys products, including identifying and resolving technical issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys products and features, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for Genesys solutions and processes. - Train and mentor other team members on Genesys products and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in contact center technology, with a focus on Genesys products. - Strong knowledge of Genesys PureEngage, PureConnect, and/or PureCloud. - Experience with Genesys Composer and Genesys Routing. - Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and other telephony protocols. - Familiarity with database systems, such as SQL Server and Oracle. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
