YOUR TASKS
- Assisting in the coordination and logistics of global training programs and workshops.
- Supporting the administration of learning platforms (e.g. LMS), including uploading content, managing user’s access, and tracking participation.
- Helping with the preparation of communication materials and internal campaigns related to learning initiatives.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from participants to support continuous improvement of programs.
- Supporting the global performance of Appraisal process.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
- Human Resources background would be nice to have.
- Self-responsible, structured, customer-and solution-oriented working mindset.
- Intercultural understanding and thrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive, assertive and a team player.
- English B2 or higher, German would be a plus.
- No experience is required.
