Your responsibilities

 

Land Identification & Evaluation 

  • Identify potential greenfield sites using QGIS, satellite imagery, and geospatial tools. 
  • Evaluate land based on technical, environmental, regulatory, and grid-access criteria.

Feasibility Analysis 

  • Conduct desktop assessments to determine project viability. 
  • Collaborate with GIS and technical teams to refine evaluation tools. 
  • Stakeholder Coordination 
  • Work with land acquisition teams to advance high-potential plots. 
  • Support permitting and regulatory teams in assessing risks and compliance. 

Database Management & Reporting 

  • Maintain a database of assessed sites with key details and documentation. 
  • Prepare concise reports and maps for internal decision-making. 

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor zoning laws, grid expansion plans, and market trends to support project origination. 
 

 

 

Your profile


Education & Experience

  • Degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, with 2+ years of experience in renewable energy project development or land origination. 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in QGIS or similar tools, with knowledge of renewable energy land assessment and regulatory processes. 

Languages

  • Fluency in Polish (mandatory) and working proficiency in English. 

Attributes

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to collaboration.
