About the Role:

RecruitCare is seeking dedicated and skilled HR Specialist to join our client's team in Balbriggan. HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employees, and ensure consistent application of all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Manage employee relations across all departments
• Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures
• Educate newly hired employees about their rights
• Handle conflict resolution
• Work with managers regarding holidays, sick leave, and other employee matters
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Preferably 3 to 4 years of HR experience
