πŸ’‘ Key Responsibilities

βœ” Implement and monitor HSE policies & safety procedures on site

βœ” Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions & training programs

βœ” Perform risk assessments, incident investigations & root-cause analysis

βœ” Ensure compliance with statutory & client safety standards

βœ” Monitor PTW (Permit to Work) system & maintain HSE documentation

βœ” Coordinate emergency response plans & drills


πŸŽ“ Must-Have Skills

πŸ”Ή Diploma / Degree in Engineering + HSE Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA preferred)

πŸ”Ή Strong experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects

πŸ”Ή Knowledge of site audits, PPE compliance & workforce safety

πŸ”Ή Good communication and reporting skills
