Job Description:
As an IAM Engineer, you will empower teams by building and maintaining a robust, scalable IAM Solution . You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production and development environments, enabling smooth deployments and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
PingOne Infrastrucutre Management:
• Design, provision, and maintain PingOne Integration with target applications
• Monitor authentication performance and optimize it.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and stability.
PingOne DaVinci:
• Design, build, and optimize workflows to automate manual activities or deliver new functionalities.
• Integrate various tools and services to support development and testing workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the workflows meets their needs and addresses any pain points.
Developer Support:
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on utilizing the OIDC, OAUTH or SAML integration effectively.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the IAM Team.
Production Support:
• Participate in incident response and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.
• Continuously analyze and improve the performance, reliability, and security of production environments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Deep Understanding of IAM Processes and Best Practices: The ideal you should possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. They should be well-versed in industry with the best practices and standards to ensure robust security and compliance.
• Strong PingOne/DaVinci Expertise: Deep understanding of PingOne and DaVinci architecture, concepts, and best practices. Hands-on experience with deploying and managing workflow and OIDC, SCIM, SAML integrations at scale..
• Scripting and Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for automation and tool integration.
• REST API: Experience in integrating tools via REST API
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
