The Role:
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a small but high-performing team of outbound representatives. This is not a traditional call center manager position - this role focuses on warm leads, coaching, and performance tracking rather than managing a high-volume call center. You’ll be closely involved with your team’s day-to-day activity, tracking metrics, monitoring calls, and coaching each rep to maximize performance. You will directly manage 5+ employees, ensuring accountability and helping the team hit their goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage, coach, and motivate a team of 5+ inside sales reps in a results-driven environment.
  • Oversee outbound campaigns focused on warm leads and existing customer databases.
  • Track key performance indicators: appointment setting, lead conversion, revenue generated, and team activity.
  • Conduct daily call monitoring, coaching sessions, and team meetings to optimize performance.
  • Implement sales strategies, ensure adherence to processes, and maintain high quality in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback on processes, incentives, and pipeline health.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of team lead or other management experience, preferably in home services (solar, roofing, HVAC).
  • Experience managing a small team is a plus.
  • Call center management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and accountability skills.
  • Motivated, high-energy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $70,000/year.
  • Target compensation: ~$100,000/year with performance incentives.
