Are you a leader who thrives on logistics, clear communication, and delivering "Raving Fan" customer service? Country Lane Gazebos is looking for an Install Crew Project Manager to lead our installation team and bridge the gap between production and the customer’s backyard.
About the Role
The Install Crew Project Manager is the "command center" for our on-site operations. You will be responsible for the seamless transition from completed production to final installation. This role requires a high level of ownership, balancing fleet management, team leadership, and direct customer relations to ensure every project ends with a satisfied client.
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer & Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling shipments and installations. You’ll coordinate daily assignments for the install team, ensuring every foreman has the paperwork and complete units they need to succeed.
- Fleet & Facility Oversight: Manage the health of our fleet by overseeing truck/trailer inspections and repairs. You will ensure we remain in full compliance with DOT regulations and wide load permits while keeping the install building and yard in top shape.
- Team Leadership & Onboarding: Lead the charge in hiring and developing team members, instilling a high standard of quality and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Strategic Support: Partner with the Director of Logistics to manage team performance, hit production goals, and maintain the approved budget.

Education and Experience

- Strong background in customer service and professional phone/email communication.
- Experience in woodworking or construction is a plus.
