Job Description

The Operations and Risk unit in M (MR) is the hub of all operations supporting our Trading and Origination activities, and Asset Management for Europe & US.  The department is responsible for all processes and operations in the Back Office Europe & US, Risk Management, New Products & Investment Support, and the Digitalization Office for supporting our Trading & Origination activities. The responsibility of the unit is to ensure accurate and high-quality results in all operational activities to support Statkraft’s growth ambitions.

We are now looking for an Intern joining for minimum of 6 months to supportung our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Product Team.

Your tasks encompass: 

  • Support of the product team in the development of digital products
  • Creation and maintenance of product documentation, user stories and requirements
  • Close collaboration with business and IT teams
  •  Assistance in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog
  • Participation in meetings such as Weeklys, Refinements and Retrospectives
  • Conceptualization of smaller projects in the field 

Qualifications

  • Studies in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science or similar
  • Great curiosity for digital products and user-centered development
  • Initial experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) is an advantage
  • Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Confident handling of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • First experience in the energy industry is an advantage
