SUMMARY
 
Leads projects from planning to completion, including site prep, installation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder sign-off. Defines scope, goals, and timelines; manages budgets, risks, and communication to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met. Supports installation activities as needed.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
 
Responsible for safety orientation and safety compliance of associates and contractors involved or exposed to the project
Complete project ownership - plan, lead, participate, communicate in all activities for business projects, including but not limited to, IT acquisition onboarding, Email migrations, network cut overs, ERP transitions, New Program roll outs, mergers and acquisitions coordination and timelines. 
Ability to navigate governmental requirements including but not limited to environmental requirements, occupancy requirements, code compliance 
Draft, distribute, and evaluate RFPs and SOWs
Develop, manage, participate in, and communicate actionable timelines for internal personnel and any resources needed. 
Monitor, measure, and report on project timeline and costs; advise of challenges before delays or costs exceed budget 
Superior decision-making ability to appropriately discern and evaluate quality, contractor capability, scope, and anticipated costs
Duties may vary depending on project requirements
 
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
 
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, or a related field required. Equivalent of 8 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
 
 
Experience 
Minimum of 3 years in a technical project management role preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to handle the technology equipment or store materials during the workday. 
Must be able to lift as much as 40 pounds and carry items such as monitors, PC’s and printers 


Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic).
Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period time.
Typical office environment.
