Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Project Manager oversees high-priority projects from design handoff through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment across all stakeholders, including end users, distributors, and vendors. This role requires significant resource coordination and integration across functional teams.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with strong IT project management experience, more specifically (a) construction buildouts or relocations, (b) MSP client onboardings, (c) Microsoft cloud projects. The ideal candidate is also adept in conflict resolution and problem-solving within fast-paced environments. You’re solution-oriented, self-driven, and thrive on continuous learning. Known for your positivity, attention to detail, and technical expertise, you build trust and foster teamwork while delivering project excellence.
The hours for this position are typically 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST. This is a hybrid position that requires travel to our clients in the 5 boroughs of New York City and our office (Brooklyn), as needed.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
