Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

 

  • Job Title: IT Solutions Project Manager
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to one of our SGS sites
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an IT Solutions Project Manager to join our team to support across our Food and  Connectivity & Products business lines.  The successful individual will be dealing with a high number of development demands, and will be primary project owner liaison between the technical teams and the client/operations.

  • Attend monthly meetings with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA’s are tracked and met, and projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to scope
  • Building integrated partnerships
  • Generate reporting for the clients / Senior Management at set intervals on the performance and results of the activities
  • Leading and supporting projects to reinforce customer/operations confidence, ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has proven experience within a Project Manager role, and a full understanding of the project management lifecycle. You will also have the following:

  • Experience in a client facing role, within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to understand and anticipate customers’ needs
  • The ability to manage cross functional teams
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
