Role Description: The Junior Project Manager will support the development and implementation of new practices within the organization. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, coordinating resource allocation across key departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to help establish and maintain a strong project structure.
Please note: Travel between our Ronkonkoma Office and the NYC office will be required as part of this role. This is an in-person position with working hours of 9:00 am-6:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with account executives and department leads to ensure projects are resourced efficiently and executed with high quality and attention to detail.
Develop and maintain SOPs and internal documentation related to resource planning, hours allocation, and timeline management.
Take ownership of building and refining new project management practices while collaborating closely with the broader team for support and ideation.
Capture and synthesize feedback from account teams to identify recurring challenges related to resource planning and client expectation management.
Work collaboratively to enhance processes around task management, internal communication, and deadline tracking.
Proactively surface project risks, resource gaps, and opportunities for departmental growth or process improvements to leadership.
Support teams in managing conflicting priorities and communicating changes in project scope or urgency effectively.
Develop a broad understanding of the agency�s service offerings and become an expert in managing cross-functional brand initiatives across digital and physical channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications) preferred.
1�2 years of experience in project management or account management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Proactive and self-directed, with a strong desire to implement improvements and build processes from the ground up.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and leadership expectations.
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about helping to define new practices within a growing organization.
Passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients and continually improving how work gets done.

Salary is commensurate with experience, $65,000 - $75,000 a year
