Labourers - Core Drilling Experience

FTworkforce are recruiting for reliable and experienced Labourers with Core Drilling Experience to support site operations on construction projects.

The successful candidate will assist with general labouring duties while safely operating core drilling equipment to create precise openings in concrete, masonry, and other materials.

**Core Drilling Experience is essential**

Skills Required

• Proven competence in core drilling and mechanically propelled equipment (must be able to demonstrate experience and typical daily core output).
• Electrician qualifications/experience a strong advantage.
• Damp proofing experience advantageous.
• Minimum 2–3+ years on-site construction experience.
• Full driving licence essential.
• Good understanding of building structures.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Reliable, approachable, and able to work on own initiative with strong time management.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out core drilling works safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with surveyors and admin teams on work requirements.
• Work as part of a team to manage workloads effectively.
• Maintain accurate job updates on company systems.
• Comply with all Health & Safety, site, and company procedures.
• Complete any other reasonable duties as required by management.

Salary €40k to €45k DOE
