Job Title: Lead Integrations Project Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Pune, India - For US Time - 5 PM - 1 AM Shift

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Integrations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating third-party platforms, apps, and services with CrelioHealth’s system via standard internet protocols like APIs and Webhooks, or more commonly via the HL7 protocol. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Prioritization: Plan and prioritize integration requests based on business needs and potential impact.
2. Process Management: Set internal processes to streamline the integration workflow and improve efficiency.
3. Communication: Provide timely updates to customers about the progress of the integrations.
4. Time Reduction: Identify and implement strategies to reduce the Turnaround Time (TAT) for integrations.
5. Partnership Building: Build and manage relationships with vendors to ensure smooth integrations and collaborations.
6. Reliability Improvement: Work on improving the reliability and stability of integrations.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management and integrating third-party services.
3. Strong understanding of internet protocols like APIs and Webhooks.
4. Expertise in HL7 or similar healthcare data exchange protocols.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
6. Strong communication skills to manage customer expectations and provide updates.
7. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
