Your Tasks:
1. Administrative Responsibility of the Learning Management System (LMS) - SuccessFactors Learning:
- Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the LMS.
- Implement system updates and upgrades as needed.
2. Organizing & Coordination of Instructor-Led Training Courses:
- Schedule and coordinate instructor-led training sessions.
- Communicate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Manage logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
3. Conducting Yearly Training Assessments:
- Design and implement annual training needs assessments.
- Analyse assessment data to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Develop and present reports on training effectiveness and outcomes.
4. User & Course Management in the LMS:
- Create and manage user accounts and course enrolments.
- Monitor user progress and provide support as needed.
- Ensure all training records are accurately maintained and up to date.
Your profile:
- Qulaification: Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years in Learning & Development and from Composite Industries.
- Proven experience in LMS administration, preferably with SuccessFactors Learning.
- Skills (good to have): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
