The Legal Intern will be a part of the Legal Team in Italy and will provide support on a wide range of legal topics, with a focus on corporate and administrative law, assisting the development of solar and wind projects.
The Legal Intern will be reporting to the Head of Legal Italy.
Key activities and responsibilities:
You will be actively involved in providing support and advice to local and international colleagues, in the context of development of renewable energy projects as well as day-to-day business, including support to the governance of our Italian portfolio of companies. You will be involved in the analysis of a variety of legal issues, including carrying out research, and in the preparation of responses to internal queries on corporate and administrative law matters. You will also participate in projects aimed at innovating and simplifying the Legal Team’s work and organization.
