Seeking a project manager who has experience in construction and can coordinate installation of theatrical lighting and rigging equipment for permanent installations.
The estimated pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the project profitability reports
Quality and cost of project through to project closeout
Oversee all phases of systems projects, assist in creating bids and quotes
Primary contact, coordinating and sequencing with vendors, customers and subcontractors, manufacturers and end-users
Invoice customers according to payment terms
Manage and maintain project materials and records.
Requirements:
5+ years' of experience in project management with a focus on technical theater, television
Prior theatrical dimming/control experience
Proficient skills with MS Office, AutoCAD, and PM software
Accounting experience a plus
Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Strong organization skills
Current valid driver's license
