Job Description
Job Title:
Maintenance Technician (Millwright or Fitter or Electrical)
Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Red Seal, Millwright or Fitter or Electrical.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year post Red Seal, Maintenance Technician in the food manufacturing industry.
Main focus of the role will be preventative maintenance.
Hands-on experience with packaging equipment and fillers.
Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and food production protocols.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
