Your Role:

  • Provide & further develop sales support of Origin Air including quotation and communication material.
  • Make sure our buy-back products are communicated & the opportunity is clear for our colleagues in the customer centers (Key-account offering, End of life, End of Leasing, Non-operational units,…)
  • Further develop our buy-back network by providing clear communication tools and pricing to the field with incentive program
  • Identify high runners and slow movers to secure capital efficiency
  • Safeguard the safe operation and output quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Origin Air buy-back pricing model, sales & marketing process and workshop operation efficiency
  • According to the CTS national development strategy, manage the CTS workshop.
  • Improve the efficiency and output of maintenance in workshop continuously by optimizing the management flow of workshop, using system tools and service tools to invest and integrate the resource of workshop in China.
  • Have a competent understanding of customers and contracts, fix the priority of repair. Be able to set up the special service channel for some contracts and establish the priority of maintenance and use resource reasonably.
  • In terms of workshop management goal, establish the measure method to evaluate the performance of workshop and improve it continuously.
  • Optimize the service process to enlarge the range of rotor exchanging. Make up the inventory of exchangeable rotors and provide the quality guarantee to support the promotion of rotor exchangeable project.
  • Carry out the training plan effectively and instruct workshop engineers regularly.
  • Make the annual forecast of national workshop to achieve cost control.
  • Coordinate with sales team and logistic team to manage the reworking and stock of second-hand compressor.
  • Establish the process and develop a system to supervise and improve the utilization rate of second-hand parts.
  • Considering the current business demand and future business expectation to recruit, train and arrange the workshop engineers.
  • Convey the performance expectation to workshop staff efficiently through communication.
  • Make a safety production system and outfit related installation. Train and measure staff regularly to ensure people and production safety.
  • Cooperate with area sales and operation managers, make reasonable inventory. Support business development in each area by coordinating with the logistics dept.
  • Provide the true and correct workshop data to ensure the accuracy of finance statistics.
  • Has the responsibility to continuously assess the SHEQ aspects of our operations, processes and service.

To succeed, you will need  

1/ Experience & Knowledge

  • Bachelor or master in a commercial/technical major
  • Min 3-5 years of commercial or technical experience
  • Software skills e.g. MS Office, outlook, OS365 etc.
  • Good knowledge of English, both writing and speaking
